According to the latest figures from Publicus Asia’s latest election tracker for April–it’s the likely scenario to occur. The survey data are gathered notably from 1,625 respondents residing in the National Capital Region from April 8 to April 13.

The ex-senator Marcos Jr remains the top choice to take over outgoing president Rodrigo Duterte at the Malacañang. Bongbong is projected to take 51.6% of the votes in the National Capital Region, which includes the vote-rich cities of Manila and Quezon City.

The survey noted that 87% of Vice President Robredo’s voters are firm voters or those who are not very likely to change their vote. 86% Marcos Jr’s expected viewers are similarly resolved to not shift to another presidential candidate. Among the vice presidentiables, Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte is poised to maintain keep 90% of her firm voters, who said they won’t change their vice-presidential choice come May 9 election.

According to Publicus Asia Inc., “ PAHAYAG NCR Tracker Survey: April is an independent and non-commissioned survey conducted by PUBLiCUS between April 8-13, 2022”. All 1,625 residents are verified residents of Metro Manila or the National Capital Region.
