Why is Bea Alonzo happiest in her 30s?

Bea continued that she found her happiness in her 30s, and she is at her happiest when noticed to be comfortable talking about and being in her 30s.

Actress Bea Alonzo, a former mainstay of ABS-CBN and now a certified talent of GMA, shared her newfound mindset on life, health, and physical fitness in her 30s, in a press conference for a beauty brand on March 25, 2022.

In the press conference, Bea was asked about her opinion on the importance of health and physical fitness. She emphasized that we have to be fit and look good, especially now that we’re still on a pandemic.

“It is the time that we invest on ourselves. Good health means a healthy and happy life,” she explained.

When asked why she accepted right away the offer of endorsing a beauty brand, she explained the link between good health, happy life, and a healthy outlook in life, relating how she found happiness the most in her 30s.

“When you’re in your 30s, it’s as if you’re not just thinking of your outside beauty anymore. You always want to be healthy and fit because you know that that would be your investment for your future. 10-20 years from now, you don’t want to get sick…,” she revealed.

“If you notice, most of my last endorsements are all about health and fitness, and I’m happy that even though I’m not perfect and though I’m not the sexiest of them all, I know that people are able to relate to me,” Bea added.

Bea continued that she found her happiness in her 30s, and she is at her happiest when noticed to be comfortable talking about and being in her 30s.

“No, to tell you honestly when I was turning thirty, I was so scared to turn 30 because I’m thinking that in this line of business, if you are in your 30s, you only have few things that you are capable to do… So I was thinking, what will I do, I’m now in my 30s,” she narrated.

“But then when I finally turned 30, I feel more comfortable with my own skin. I can talk about my vulnerabilities that I don’t usually talk about when I was in my 20s due to reservations or insecurities… in my 30s I can freely say what’s in my heart. l’m less filtered and I’m more enjoy in the 30s that I’m experiencing. I think I am at my happiest now,” Bea revealed on reasons for happiness.

In the end, Bea was asked to which she is crediting the newfound happiness.

“I guess in myself, self-love, and I have to give it to my journey,” she answered.

Bea continuing forward, said that her journey in the industry made her find new perspectives and survive all pain and suffering because of previously won battles in life. She said that she would seize every moment. “Even a small thing, I will seize the moment,” she concluded.

In the meantime, Alonzo now joins the likes of Maja Salvador, Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes, and Piolo Pascual in representing Beautéderm. The actress promotes health and wellness through Beautéderm’s wellness products REIKO Slimaxine and REIKO Fitox.
