This one grandma at Kuya J became the topic of netizens as she left an amusing feedback for the service at one of its branches.
On the note, The grandma stated that they experienced a ‘bad service’ from the staff of the fast-food chain. She told them that they have taken a nap, the ice in the glasses of water has melted, and the food still didn’t arrive all at once. The ended the note saying that she was 69 years-old when they entered, but when they left, she was already 70.

The note that was posted by her grandson named Justine Justo has reached thousands of shares and reactions from the netizens, wherein most stated that they have experienced the same bad service in other Kuya J branches.
“We experienced the sama at Kuya J Serin Malls Tagaytay we waited for so long and even cancelled some of our order really bad experience and will never never dine at Kuya J again even in other branches not satisfied with the foods they serve and the long waiting time”
