The Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) was signed into law by President Rodrigo Duterte last December 19, 2017, and became known as Republic Act 10963.
The TRAIN law would make the current system fairer, simpler and more efficient.

The incremental revenue from the TRAIN will help fund the massive “Build, Build, Build” infrastructure program, education, health, social protection and other programs that will harness human capital.
