Snatching Incident
Just like this mishap happened in Bacoor, Cavite when Kim Adriano and her friends came to the area for a late night drink. As they wait for a jeepney on their way home, a snatcher suddenly attacked one of them and got her phone.
Adriano narrated on her Facebook that the perpetrator even tried to pull out a knife. In defense, the still unnamed snatcher claimed that he was molested by one of Adriano’s group.
The Kawit local retorted by saying, “Ginalaw daw sya, e pasakay [na kami], nag-aabang ng masasakyan bigla mo hinablutan ng phone.”
Good thing that the people who witnessed the whole incident came for some help. They chased down the snatcher and made him return the phone. She took a video clip of the suspect getting attacked by several people.
Adriano, to end her story, shared a piece of advice. “Mag-ingat po lahat ng mga taong nauwi ng late na, mag-ingat sa mga taong nakapaligid sa inyo tuwing uuwi,” she said.
