Recently, a Spa Center in China has opened its doors reviving ancient Chinese techniques of massaging.
Knives?
Set in Taiwan, the spa offers the knife massage to adventurous and brave customers. This treatment includes knives (obviously) caressing your face down to your whole body. Scientifically, this method allows relaxation even though the sound of chopping knives bothers us all.
In a video shared by Pretty 52 on Facebook, customers could be seen wrapped in pieces of cloth that would ensure the knives’ blades won’t directly penetrate their skin. But as expected, people find it hard to relax while the knives gently touch their face and body.
The clip also showed us that all throughout the session, the knives are continuously being sharpened. But the spa reassures future customers that their knives are safe.
It may look like butcher’s knives but it is safer and not as sharp as those.
