Young Man Grooves With a Street Kid to Help Him Earn More Alms

  • A female netizen named Ariel Ravina shared a heartwarming post about her friend, Yong Obeso.
  • Ravina posted videos of Obeso while he was dancing along with a street kid to help him get more alms from the passers-by.

Sometimes, there are people who avoid street kids whenever they are about to encounter them – which is somewhat understandable due to the other kids who steal from passersby, as it is indeed traumatizing on the victim’s part.

However, because of the negative impression some street kids gave to the people, almost every passerby tend to ignore the decent ones who are simply asking for some help. As a matter of fact, there are some who would even shoo them away whenever street kids go near them.

Despite their unfortunate situation, there are still good Samaritans everywhere who remain compassionate to those who are in need.

One of the living proofs that humanity still exists is a young lad named Yong Obeso.

Apparently, his friend, Ariel Ravina filmed him while doing an act of kindness to a street kid who isn’t even his relative or friend.

Ravina shared his videos on her Facebook account which went viral immediately.

According to her, “You always help and make people happy in the best way you know.”

In the video, Obeso was showing off his moves along with the street kid with a small cup in front of them.

It appears that Obeso was helping the kid receive more help from passersby through doing something good that might make everyone else smile.

KUDOS Yong Obeso SML FROM US.”

The street kid was giving his best while dancing and showing how energetic he is – which he seemed to enjoy.

At the end of the video, the street kid even hugged Obeso which we can assume is the boy’s way of saying thank you.

Meanwhile, the netizens who had seen the video applauded and praised Obeso for doing such gesture for a street kid.

Obeso proved that helping others doesn’t always have to be in the form of money or food since not everyone has the means to do so. Helping can also be through helping them pick up their things or any small act of kindness.

At the end of the day, it isn’t the value of donation that matters, but rather the person’s sincerity in helping another.

How about you? If you were in Obeso’s shoes, would you have done the same?
