Woman Slams A Netizen For Mocking the Price of the Clothes She Wear

  • A Facebook user named Patricia De Los Santos slammed a gossiper after saying how she liked to dress up even though she doesn’t have money.
  • She fought back by showing how she can doll up without emptying her wallet.

Creative people can easily turn a junk into a masterpiece.

They can transform an old material into a new item that nobody thought would be possible. This is how people with great fashion sense maintain their unique style without being broke. Aside from reusing old clothes, they would also visit thrift shops for the hidden gems that are always available for a lower price.

As a matter of fact, some people would even think that the clothes they wear are from expensive brands and tend to mock them for it.

One of the fashionistas who are able to doll up without going broke is Patricia De Los Santos.

However, a woman had the guts to criticize her for being able to maintain her style even when she doesn’t even have money.

Here’s how De Los Santos responded in her social media account:

Pangalawa, so ano dapat teh?

She clarified that what she wears is not something that would rip her wallet out. Aside from picking the right kind of clothes, she shared that she doesn’t go over her budget for her usual OOTDs.

Top: 250
Shorts: 250
Cardigan: 275-300
Total: 775-800

Leggings: 120/150 ata yan
Shoes: 400 lang ata yan. Fresh from malolos bayan
Total: 520-550

Pagbili suot agad. Rush bes”

Cardigan: 75
Terno: 150
Bag: 350
Total: 575

Isang bilihan lang tas suot agad kasi nagmamadali akong umalis nyan”

According to De Los Santos, you don’t have to be rich just to be able to wear a stylish outfit. After all, it depends on how a person carries the clothes he/she is wearing.

On the other hand, the netizens agreed that being fashionable doesn’t have to be too expensive since there are a lot of shops that sell good quality clothes for a cheaper price.

At the end of the day, the kind and cost of clothes don’t matter.

What’s more important is that the person wearing them is comfortable and happy with how they look.

How about you? Do you go to thrift shops as well?
