After Spending Years of Studying, This Woman Graduated in College only to Find out about Her Brain Degenerative Disease

Every student goes through a lot of hardships before they finally finish their studies. Surely, everyone knows how hard it is to review for endless exams, prepare for the sleep-depriving thesis and many more, which is why when a student graduates in College they are truly overjoyed by the fact that they had succeeded in life.

However, not every graduation leads to a new opportunity. For this woman’s case, she wasn’t able to apply what she had learned over the years.

Mary Jelly C. Ambrosio’s story was shared to the Facebook netizens by a page named Health Budz.

Ambrosio is a graduate from UP Baguio. She was over the moon when she had finally graduated as she thought that she will be able to put her knowledge into practice and help her family to give back all of the sacrifices they had made for her.

According to the post, Ambrosio is a brilliant student which is truly a shame that she cannot share what she had learned over the years she spent in school.

Unfortunately, it was only a few months after her graduation when she was diagnosed with brain degenerative disease.

Ambrosio lost her sight and her body has become weak. Her family isn’t well heeled and can no longer pay for the hospital bills–which is why they had decided to take care of Ambrosio in their own home instead.

As what the fanpage said, “She needs our help, she needs donors for her medications and vitamins to stop her sickness immediately and improve her health now. We need to help her before we run out of time. With proper nutrition we can help slow down this disease and regenerate her body.”

For those who are intending to help Ambrosio, a woman named Karissa may be contacted through the number provided.

Ambrosio’s story serves as a wake-up call for many students to do their best in their studies before the time comes that they can no longer make use of their hard-earned education.
