LOOK! Rainbow-colored corn grows in Zamboanga City

LGBT would love it!

A new breed of corn is yet to be known in Zamboanga City! The corn was said to be filled with multi-colored kernels instead of the monotone yellow bits.

The unique variant of the corn was said to be bought in Indonesia and Thailand, way back in 2016. It was planted on a farm located at Barangay Bolong just recently.  Three months later, Mark Basaluddin, owner of the farm was shocked with how beautiful the corns sprouted.

Would you eat a rainbow corn?

He said in an interview, “I tried planting the unique variant just because the vibrant colors of the corn made me curious.”

Even though the corn brings more visual attractiveness, the rainbow-colored variant was said to taste like an ordinary corn.

Basaluddin is now trying to hit local markets to see if people would patronize the new breed of their favorite afternoon snack.

Team likes it

The up and coming magazine for gay men, Team Mag, expresses their enthusiasm as they share an article about what could be the next LGBT thing.
