After claiming he accidentally tripped and fell on a teenager, a Saudi millionaire has been cleared of a rape charge.
The 46-year-old property developer identified as Ehsan Abdulaziz was accused of raping an 18-year-old teen who slept on his sofa in his Maida Vale flat after a night of drinking.
According to the young woman, Abdulaziz woke her up in the early hours of the morning, forcing himself on her.
But the businessman claimed that he simply went to see if the teenage girl wanted a T-shirt to sleep in or a taxi ride home. However, Abdulaziz insists that the young woman pulled him on top of her and put his hand between her legs.
Abdulaziz also revealed that he already had sex with the teen’s 24-year-old friend in his bedroom and that his penis might have been poking out of his underwear when he tripped and fell on the teen.
“I’m fragile, I fell down but nothing ever happened, between me and this girl nothing ever happened,” Abdulaziz said.
His DNA and semen was found inside the teenager but according to Abdulaziz, he might have had semen on his hands after having intercourse with the 24-year-old woman earlier.
After just 30 minutes of deliberations, Abdulaziz was acquitted by the jury.
