An 11-year-old girl had a zit on her left ear for six years before she decided to finally pop it one day with the help of her mom. And luckily—or unluckily if you’re the squeamish type, they documented it on video.

According to the daughter, they first thought that it was scar tissue until her curiosity took over. As she squeezes on two sides of the massive cyst, a steady stream of yellowish pus oozes out, looking very much like thin yellow string. The video is so disgusting at the same time so satisfying to see the pus purge.
