Netizen Nestor Ordonio Velasquez Junior uploaded a video of an Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) officer allegedly pretending he did not witness an accident happen. The accident involved a black Toyota Land Cruiser with a diplomat plate which hit a man on a bike. Velasquez saw the victim limping, thus spurring him to confront the officer.
On the video, Velasquez could be heard asking the MMDA officer why he did not do anything. The officer denied seeing an accident happen. Velasquez insisted he saw that the officer saw the incident. The officer walked away as Velasquez continued to confront him. Velasquez claimed he would file a complaint against the officer.
