Rich Businessman Caught Killing Endangered Tigers; Eating Its Penis and Drinking Its Blood

China, particularly in the remote northeast area, is home to tigers. However, despite government protection efforts, their numbers have reduced radically because habitat loss and poaching.

Today, one of the world’s smallest subspecies, known as South China tiger is dreaded to extinct.

A rich businessman named Xu has reportedly served his time behind bars for almost 13 years after he bought, killed, and ate endangered tigers and making wine out of their blood.

 

According to Xinhua state news agency, Xu made three trips to the southern province of Guangdong to buy the tigers. He then shipped them to Guangxi where he, along with his group, killed the poor animals, one by an electric shock.

Xu divided its meat to his friends and he ate the penis parts. “If anyone asks, say it is beef, horse or big cat meat,” he told his colleagues.

One witness recorded what he did and reported it to the police.

Xu was then arrested and sentenced to serve prison.

It was not mentioned in the reports were the tigers came from, but it was believed that they have been smuggled into the country.
