Behold! KFC has yet again launched a new addition to their menu.

The fast food chain seems to be consistent in creating innovative ideas to single-handedly give you a heart attack.

Without further ado, here’s the new KFC Double Down Dog. It’s a hotdog drizzled in cheese and wrapped in a FRIED CHICKEN BUN.

Well, it looks good in the ad. However, we all know how advertisement works, right?

The Double Down Dog was sold in select KFC outlets in the Philippines for a limited time only. Each participating store only had 50 items to sell per day. As reported by Mashable, this was a follow up to the Double Down Sandwich (bacon cheeseburger with fried chicken for buns) which was made available in South Korea.

The food creation created buzz on social media with people wanting to try it and others who said KFC has taken it too far.
