A Chinese new born baby still attached with her umbilical cord was found dead thrown from 17 storey building reported by Daily Mail.The desolating image was making its round online.

It is believed that the tiny body was sighted on Saturday by a neigbhor named On Chiang when he said [he] ‘spotted something on the ground and didn’t immediately recognise it’, according to the Central European News agency. He added, “I saw the blood first, and then I realized it was the body of a tiny baby. I called police and told them what I had seen, and said that I couldn’t see anybody in the building that might have thrown the child, nor was anybody else around. It was really shocking.”

After the horrifying incident, this give rise to investigate to find the baby’s mother.

It was reported that the baby’s mother may believe as a teenage girl with mental health issues. Adding that the there was no lock on the door alight to the building’s stairwell presuming the mother could have been living elsewhere.

Local journalist questioned residents if they have seen a pregnant women near the place but they could not remember.

The news shocked the people in China, where the country was known for restricting having more than one child per family.
