MMDA Traffic Enforcer Punched and Dragged by Angry Maserati Driver

The driver of a Maserati sports car angrily punched and dragged MMDA traffic enforcer Jorvy Adriatico when he saw the officer trying to film his car as he was making an illegal left turn at the corner of Araneta Avenue, going to Quezon Avenue on Thursday morning, November 27, 2014.

Another MMDA officer narrated to DZMM Teleradyo how his coworker Adriatico filmed the Maserati which appeared to have a conduction sticker but did not have license plates, reports ABS-CBN News.

It tried to make the illegal left turn towards Quezon Avenue but suddenly made a U-turn and stopped in front of Adriatico who was still filming the incident on his cellphone.

The angry driver allegedly punched the MMDA enforcer without warning, then dragged him by the clothes and started the car. Adriatico was dragged from Araneta Avenue to Scout Chuatoco before the driver finally let him go.

Unfortunately, Adriatico suffered a broken nose and bruised face from the incident. His cellphone was also left inside the Maserati so his filmed evidence was also lost; though were plenty of witnesses to corroborate his statement.

It was also unfortunate that they were not able to get a photo of the conduction stickers to possibly identify the driver of the sports vehicle.
