However, the government of South Korea recently announced its plans to sue retailers of these extension handles.

Just a week ago, the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning said they are searching for unauthorized bluetooth equipped selfie sticks because it has not been properly tested yet, which will cause other electronics to malfunction. The South korean government is reacting too much to the trends of new technology for an obvious financial reason.they know that this small stick will become a hit in the market so as early as possible they try to get hold of it to fill up its coffer. if they are afraid or concern about the safety then regulate it and set up safety standards for public use.
Banning this small equipment doesn’t help at all instead public perception will tell the authorities are stupid childish cunt.
