Bench’s denim and underwear fashion show, which is held twice a year, gathers in-demand models and stars from rival networks on one stage. This is the venue to hear the loudest cheers from the crowd, the fans, expressing  strong emotions towards their idols. We have given you the 15 celebrities with with loudest cheers at the Bench/ ‘The Naked Truth,’ now it’s time to reveal those celebrities who received ‘waley’ moments while taking the runway.

Waley (based on Urban Dictionary) (pronounced as “wa-lei”, not “waylee”)

– an expression commonly used by Filipinos of younger generation to denote of disapproval, epic fail, bad turnouts, or anything relevant to negativity. sometimes, it just simply means “no” or “don’t have”.

    • i do agree with you, this is all a hogwash…masyadong literal ang pagkakainterpret nila ng ibig sabihin ng “the naked truth”…i was there…sa introduction pa lang ng show, the narrator asked the audience to look at the eyes of the person sitting beside him/her…and asked everyone if what they see is the truth…if they really know the person beside them lalo na kung kasama mo or kaibigan…malamang mababaw ang interpretasyon ng nagsulat nito about “the naked truth” …just my two cents

  24. Aside from the fact that enumerating is really not necessarily, this website is bias. I am an avid fan of channel 2 stars and if you feel likewise, that doesn’t mean you can say anything that is contradictory to other stories. I’ve read quite a few articles regarding the said fashion show and they’re quite contrasting from what is stated in here. What made this thing worse is that mostly or maybe all (I really don’t know if all them are from channel 7 because I scarcely know their artists) of them are from the opposing channel. Be fair and don’t just say things that will subject them to public ridicule. To sum it all up, the people in the pictures do look good. We have different opinions when it comes to fashion so whether they had the most or least applause it doesn’t matter, what matters is they made it through the show.

  76. Nakapanood ako kagabi sa MOA Arena at sa aking pananaw karamihan sa mga nakalagay dito ay tama naman. Hindi ko na lang sasabihin kung sino sino pero totoo naman ang nakasaad.
