Performer and dancer Sofia Trazona recently marked a deeply personal milestone after undergoing breast enhancement surgery—an experience she describes as both emotional and empowering.

The procedure, known as Perky360° MIBA (Minimal Incision Breast Augmentation), was performed by cosmetic surgeon Carmina Eleora of Eleora Face & Body Aesthetics. The technique emphasizes safety, minimal scarring, and natural-looking results tailored to the patient’s body.
For Sofia, the transformation goes far beyond physical change—it represents a long-held dream tied to her identity as a woman.
“Mentally, it is a representation of everything that I want me to be. When I see myself in the mirror, I see me and not someone that I used to be,” she shared.
She added, “I’ve always wanted to honor my womanhood.”
As a transwoman and the child of former SexBomb Girls member Izzy Trazona, Sofia revealed that breast augmentation had long been part of her personal journey. Before undergoing the procedure, she spent years researching, consulting different doctors, and preparing herself emotionally.

Sofia ultimately chose Dr. Eleora’s Perky360° MIBA technique for its minimally invasive approach.
“It was new for me because most of the doctors I talked to opted for a bigger incision. But for Doc Carmina, the incision is much smaller,” she said.
Dr. Eleora explained that the goal of the procedure is not simply enhancement, but balance and proportion.
“My goal is not just bigger size… but to make them perky in all angles,” the doctor said, noting that each procedure is customized based on the patient’s anatomy, lifestyle, and aesthetic goals.
Sofia was clear about her preference for a natural look—something that would complement her work as a performer rather than hinder it.
“I was very surprised with Sofia because she really wanted just the natural looking size,” Dr. Eleora shared.

The process included thorough assessment, planning, and post-operative care, with safety as the top priority.
“No aesthetic result is worth compromising patient safety. Safety will always come before beauty,” Dr. Eleora emphasized.

Weeks after the procedure, Sofia shared that her recovery has been smooth and quick.
“Sobrang bilis ng healing. I am back to normal… I can even dance. Super duper satisfied ako sa gawa ni Doc Carmina,” she said, adding that she developed a close, almost mother-daughter bond with her doctor throughout the journey.

Now 24, Sofia sees this moment as the beginning of a new chapter—one rooted in self-love and authenticity.
“My message to the future me? ‘Hi, dear! How are you? Know that every step of the way, you’ve made it. You’ve conquered it all. Give props to yourself.’”
Her story highlights not just a physical transformation, but a deeply personal affirmation of identity—one that resonates with many individuals seeking to align their внеш appearance with who they truly are.
