The Best Of McDonald’s Pork McRib Is Back In Town

Fast-food chains have a well-known tactic to keep things interesting. Some of their most popular items suddenly disappear off their menus, then reappear when you least expect it. It creates a manic panic, with people scrambling to order the stuff, take a selfie with it, then down it before it goes away in a flash.

McDonald’s is excited to introduce once again the McRib sandwich in the Philippines. As they remain committed to surprising and delighting their customers with a variety of delicious meals made with high-quality ingredients at great value.

McDonald’s is ready to serve the McRib nationwide according to Margot Torres, Senior Vice President for Marketing of McDonald’s.

It is intended not to sell McRib in some parts of Mindanao because of religious concerns, said Ms. Torres. McDonald’s is a Halal member which means they can serve food at all walks of life and thinking the case of especially to Muslim areas where they only used beef for Muslim areas, she added.

What is Pork McRib? The McRib is basically a pork patty smothered with barbecue sauce, topped with pickles and onions and served in a bread roll. It’s not really a new product. It has been around in the US since the 80’s and it is only now that it is being introduced in the Philippines. To be exact, it was first made available in the Philippines on October 14 in selected pilot branches in Metro Manila. Pork McRib is made of pork, with barbecue sauce, pickles, onions, buns and other ingredients. But why is it so delicious?

Here’s the top five reasons why McRrib is best.

1. Tenderness of pork-the pork used in here is cooked so tender. It has oblong patty itself is one of those scary fast food creations, never really tasting like real pork.

2. Barbecue sauce-is probably one of my favorite condiments, preferring to dip fries, nuggets, and anything in the brown, murky slop over ketchup. Even cheap variants can be complex, either sweet or smoky, sticky, and intense. This is why the McRib is one of my favorite, guilty pleasure snacks, its signature barbecue sauce is more on the piquant side, with a little bit of heat. Barbecue is best for summer and a toast when swimming.

3. Sharp onions-is unassuming sandwich is seriously good. The sweet and a bit spicy of onions made it perfect for the sauce of barbecue perfect for patty.

4. Pickles-the green vegetable type in which its crispiness and spicy juicy blend with some ingredients. It signifies as an essential part of the distinctive taste, not to stop it from being classified as confectionery.

5. Price-it is very affordable. For only P99.00, a lot of their patrons are excited to buy and taste the new McRib especially it is not expensive and yet it has the perfect blend of taste, the authentic pork barbecue.

That’s the fun of it all, and the reason why people are excited to see this back on the McDonald’s menu again.

The McRib is here for a limited time only, but if the response is good, then there’s a chance they might do a nationwide roll out!
