The Pinoy multi-division boxing champion is eyeing the Beverly Hills mansion owned by Jennifer Lopez.
With an eye-popping value of $12 million or P500 million, the Hidden Hills, California mansion has more than 17,000 square feet of space situated in a 3.13 acres of land. Variety.com revealed that the spacious property has 9 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms.
If Manny Pacquiao finally seals the deal with the international superstar, he and his family get to share a community with high-profile celebrities including Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Drake, Colbie Caillat, Jessica Simpson and husband Eric Johnson, and LeAnn Rimes and husband Eddie Cibrian.
The boxing champ revealed that he already made an offer.
“I’m pretty sure, my wife, she’ll love it,” Pacquiao told GMA News.
In 2010, Lopez and ex-husband Marc Anthony bought the said property for $8.2 million.
