Liberal Party President Mar Roxas appears to be swinging into campaign mode a little too early with this soon-to-be a viral video on the internet. The video of Mar Roxas assisting motorists while in traffic was taken during President Benigno ‘Noynoy’ Aquino III’s 2014 State of the Nation Address (SONA) on July 28, Monday, at the Session Hall of the House of Representatives, Batasang Pambansa, Quezon City. Heavy traffic build-up along Commonwealth Ave. was due to SONA rally.

Recently, PNoy lauded Interior Secretary Mar Roxas for the achievements of the Philippine National Police (PNP) which is under the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).

According to a post by Carlos Celdran, this video of Mar Roxas assisting motorists while in traffic was taken before the elections in 2010. This is an old video resurfaced again for an agenda. Celdran called this as ‘black ops campaign’ and encouraged everyone to ‘concentrate on Napoles and the other pigs in jail.’
