Unlike brother and father, proud Kakampink Jake Ejercito won’t support Bongbong Marcos

Earlier this year, Jake said he wasn’t not ruling out joining politics but has no plans to do so in the near future

His family’s support will not persuade Jake Ejercito of former senator Bongbong Marcos’ bid for the presidency.

His father, former president Joseph “Erap” Estrada, and his brother Jinggoy Estrada, have endorsed Marcos for president.

Erap’s Pwersa ng Masang Pilipino (PMP), the Lakas-CMD party of former president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio’s Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HnP) have formed a coalition with Marcos’ Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) late November.

The alliance was formed to ensure that Duterte-Carpio and Marcos win the top two positions in the country in next year’s elections.

Jinggoy, meanwhile has confirmed that he’d be running for senator under the presidential aspirant’s slate.

However, Jake won’t be supporting the dictator’s son but will instead back the bid of Vice President Leni Robredo.

The actor recently attended Robredo’s virtual town hall with other celebrities and was proud to call her his president.

He was seen wearing a “Laban Leni” shirt.

“You don’t have to hold public office to be able to serve people eh,

“But natutunan ko rin not to close any doors. I’m not saying na I won’t ever enter politics.” he said in a virtual conference.
