Netizens express sadness over Jollibee Champ burger phaseout

The popular Pinoy fast-food company announced last January 2 that they would be removing Champ burger from their menu.

Many netizens expressed sadness over the phasing out of Jollibee’s Champ burger.

The popular Pinoy fast-food company announced on Twitter last January 2 that they would be removing Champ burger from their menu.

“We wish to inform you that soon, we will be phasing out our Champ burger in all Jollibee branches,” the firm said.

“We are working on big and exciting things this year for our burgers line to delight and bring greater joy to our customers,” it added.

Netizens immediately reacted upon seeing the post, mostly expressing sadness over the firm’s announcement.

The Champ burger is part of the Jollibee’s original menu line-up along with Yumburger, Jolly Spaghetti, and Chickenjoy.

Jollibee is the largest fast-food chain in the Philippines with over 1,150 stores nationwide.
