ABS-CBN young female star Maymay Entrata has walked the runway of the Arab Fashion Week on Wednesday, November 21.
Maymay led the models wearing the creations of Filipino designer Furne One.
When asked about the preparations she did for this big event, she said that she really needed to work on her walk so that’s where she focused on.
“Sobrang nag reherse po talaga ako. Tsaka nag practice ako. Lalo na yung pag-lakad ko talaga. Dun talaga ako nag focus.”
She is thankful for the invite to participate in the said fashion week.
“Sobrang honored ako. Sobrang thankful ako. Very blessed ako na nanditio ako.
“Sino ba naman po ang aayaw jan sa modelling lalo na talagang dream ko na siya dati pa. Sobrang nakakaiyak kanina. Hindi ako makapaniwala na nagawa ko yun. Yung show na yun.”
Even the designer himself was impressed by Maymay’s performance on the runway. Furne One said that he’s very proud of her as she has promoted the Philippines in the world of fashion.
Hollywood stars such as Katy Perry, Beyonce, Shakira, and Jennifer Lopez have worn the Filipino designer’s creations.
