Mohammed Abad from Edinburgh, Scotland was the victim of a horrible vehicular accident when he was a child. He was hit and dragged by a car for over 600 feet. The accident left him unable to use his penis.

After the 11-hour operation, he can now achieve an erection and start a family. Three years prior to the operation, doctors grew skin grafts from his arm to create a new penis for Abad, while an implant in his belly injects fluids along two tubes running down the length of his new organ, inflating it. Abad can control the action via an on and off button located beneath his scrotum.

“When you want a bit of action you press the ‘on’ button,” Abad told UK publication, The Sun, “When you are finished, you press another button. It takes seconds. Doctors have told me to keep practicing.”
