It is very important to keep the house nice and tidy but maintaining the cleanliness could sometimes be challenging, especially when all are busy with their jobs.
A Facebook user named Joanna Mae Briones Alcantara shared on Facebook her own idea on how to maintain their house’s cleanliness. She started posting small notes all over their house starting from their light switch, sofa, windows, comfort room, kitchen sink to remind her husband on how to keep their house tidy.
The married couple just transferred to their new house and they wanted it to be clean and organized. So Joanna had thought of posting notes as a reminder of their responsibilities in taking care of the house.
“Natuwa po ako sa idea na magpapaskil sa bawat sulok ng bahay namin kasi iyong thought po ba na, ‘my house, my rules.” Parang bahay namin ito, kahit anong gawin namin ay okay lang,” she said.
These are the rules she posted all over their house:
“Ayusin ang mga kurtina sa umaga. Talian ng pulang laso para maaliwalas”
“Ayusin ang sofa at throw pillows pagkatapos gamitin. Baka may dumating na bisita.”
“Huwag ipapasok ang sapatos panglakad. Kung ipapasok ito, maglalampaso.”
“I-check ang basurahan. Siguraduhin nakabuhol ang plastic sa gabi. Baka kalkalin ng pusa. Makalat.”
“Ayusin ang iniwanan na pagkain sa mesa. Maraming langgam.”
“Huwag magtambak ng hugasin para iwas sa ipis. Takot si Nanay sa ipis.”
“Matapos gumamit ng C.R, panatilihing malinis ang loob nito. Huwag parang binagyo.”
“Magwalis araw-araw. Maglampaso kung may time.
“Kung saan kinuha ang isang bagay, doon ibalik ito. Mahirap maghanap.”
“Isalansan ng maayos ang mga gamit sa durabox. Isara ang mga lalagyan.”
“Ayusin ang pinaghigaan. Walang pinto. Kita agad kung makalat.”
All she wanted was to take care of their house for they have worked so hard to have their own house.
“Kasi pinaghirapan po namin itong bahay na ito. Kaya gusto ko po maayos ang lahat. Kahit busy po kami sa work, pinipilit pa rin po magimis,” she said.
Her post doesn’t mean that her husband doesn’t help her with the house chores but this was a reminder that despite their busy schedules with their work they have put their effort to clean their house.
“Good thing po na sinusunod niya na po ang reminders na ginawa ko. Medyo effective po ang kalokohan na naisip ko.”
Joanna, a public school teacher, didn’t expect that her post would go viral because for her the rules she made was just for fun since they just transferred to their new house and anytime she could pull off those notes posted on their walls.
“katuwaan lang po 🙂 anytime tatanggalin ko rin po, kakalipat lang po nmin sa bahay namin 🙂 natuwa lang po ako magpapaskil 😂” she said in a comment.
