Bro. Eddie Villanueva says that Taal eruption is the ‘sumpa ng kasalanan’

CIBAC Partylist Representative Bro. Eddie Villanueva blames all the calamities happening in the world, including the eruption of the Taal Volcano, on the sins of the people.

He describes the calamities as ‘sumpa ng kasalanan’.

Villanueva says that people should acknowledge the fact that all the problems that the world is facing are just the result of them being sinners.

Villanueva also described calamities such as earthquakes, tsunamis, and others as signs of the  “second coming of Jesus”.

He said that the reason these things are happening is that Jesus wants people to come to Him and avoid sinning altogether.

Moreover, Villanueva said that those who will abandon sins and live by the sayings of Jesus will be forgiven by him, and all the major calamities will subside.

Villanueva added that if people look into 2 Chronicles 7:14 in the bible, it states exactly what he was preaching which says that those who will follow Jesus will be forgiven for their sins.

Villanueva was in Batangas recently giving out relief goods and preaching the teachings of the Lord.
