Caught in the act: Netizen’s photo was used by another person on a dating app

  • A stranger used his photo for a profile on a dating app
  • His friend messaged the person pretending that they don’t know anything
  • The user claimed that he was 5’10” which is taller than his actual height

A Twitter user named Pjay Acob shared a photo of his conversation with a person who used his photo for a profile on a dating app.

To investigate further, his friend messaged the person pretending that he didn’t know anything.

When Acob asked for the imposter’s picture, the latter sent Acob’s own photo to him which made him reply that it was not him.

In an interview with Acob, he said that it was a funny yet overwhelming experience that a stranger would use his photo on a dating app. The imposter even replied that he was 5’10” which made Acob laugh since he was not even close to that height.
