Woman driver throws a tantrum after cutting in line at a gas station; calls netizen ‘gay’

Netizen Anthony Ramos uploaded a video showing a woman who was apparently picking a fight with him.
On September 28, Ramos said the woman driver of a Hyundai Tucson with plate number NQI 859 threw a tantrum at the Caltex station in BF Homes Parañaque. The woman wanted to jump the queue at the gas station because she said she was riding a private vehicle. Ramos at the time was in a taxi which had stopped at the gas station to fill up. They had been already been waiting for a few minutes ahead of the woman.

When a gas attendant became available, he immediately went to the cab. The woman, however, rolled down her window and said she should be served first since she was in a private car. She berated the attendant and turned to the taxi driver. The taxi driver, trying not to create more conflict, just said “Sige, ikaw na. [Okay, you ahead, then.]”

The driver even told Ramos to just let it pass since she was probably rich. Ramos, however, wouldn’t allow such a thing. They had already been waiting for five minutes for their turn when the woman decided she had the right to cut in line because she was driving a private vehicle.

“I hate this sort of ‘rich’ mentality hence I decided to ask her why she was being so rude and what gave her the right to cut in line based only on her driving a ‘private’ car,” said Ramos.

When Ramos approached her and told her that what she did was not fair, she started yelling and calling him names. As seen in the video, she asks him, “Are you a man?” She could also be heard saying “I’m not rude! Are you gay?!”

Despite the insults, Ramos still found humor in the situation when the woman threatened to spank him. This obviously took him by surprise and so he even asked her if she was his mom. Ramos realized that their encounter was going nowhere so he decided to just leave. As she left, though, according to Ramos, “She decided to give everyone in the taxi a show of her pretty nail polish on her middle finger.”

Ramos updated his post after being contacted by the woman’s son. “According to him,” Ramos said, “his mom is a lovely lady and would never do that.” Judging from the video, however, it didn’t seem like an act a “lovely woman” would make. The son also said they are not rich and that his mother is going through a lot because of an illness.

Ramos, however, said even though she was not rich and was dealing with an illness, it was still no excuse for acting the way she did. Ramos said he would take the video down as soon as the woman apologized to the taxi driver.
