Top 10 Companies Filipinos want to work for

JobStreet.com, a job portal in the Philippines, conducted an online survey for the 2015 Top Companies that Pinoys aspire to work for.

In a survey participated in by over 4,000 Jobstreet.com members and held from March to May 2015, Filipino-owned company San Miguel Corporation (SMC) topped the list while Nestlé Philippines ranked second. The two giant companies have retained the top two slots for two consecutive years, 2014 being the first year the survey was conducted.

Last year’s survey revealed that the basis upon choosing the company depended on the salary package they provide.  This year, according to JobStreet.com Philippines Marketing Director Yoda Buyco, incentives and benefits like medical insurance, bonuses, even housing or car loans, are more relevant for choosing the company an applicant would want to work for.
