Guy makes his dream career come true despite parental disapproval

His parents did not approve of it as they wanted him to pursue something else.

A netizen took to social media to share his journey of making his dreams come true despite not following his parents’ plan for him.

On January 21, psychologist Renz Argao tweeted that since college, it was his dream to have his own psychiatric center.

But his parents did not approve of it as they wanted him to pursue something else.

Renz ignored his parent’s plans for him and followed his passion.

Just recently, he finally made his dream a reality. He put up a psychiatric center in San Fernando, Pampanga.

But this time, Renz said his parents helped him and completely supported him in setting up the center.

“Since college, I dreamt of having my own psych center. 10 years ago this wouldn’t have been possible bec. my parents wanted me to pursue something else,” Renz tweeted.

“But this year, it was my parents who helped and supported me to make this a reality. That’s why this Center will carry our name,” he added.

Renz said his dad did the electrical and plumbing works to help him build the center.

“My dad, who I knew was disappointed when I decided not to follow his footsteps, even worked to help build this (center). He was doing the electrical parts and even plumbing! He was there every day, not just supervising the work but actually doing the hard work himself,” he said in another tweet.

“I could see how proud my dad is. He was always tired from working but he is happy and you could clearly see it. And my mom? She is so excited! She is my best endorser! She gave me the lessons I needed in running a business. She visited today & was happy at how things turned out,” he added.

Many netizens gave their congratulatory messages to Renz.

“Congratz!!!!”
