YouTubers react to a netizen’s computation over monthly earnings of a YouTuber

  • Aragon had his assumptions of a local celebrity YouTuber’s earnings; he showed computation of their total earnings in a month’s time
  • He also convinced netizens to be a Youtuber, as they only need to have a thousand subscribers to begin with
  • A YouTuber reacted and claimed that the netizen’s computation is ‘Fake News’ and clarifies that to earn in Youtube, one must have quality content, not because of subscriber count
  • How much does a Youtuber earn?

A netizen was convincing people to be a Youtuber, after watching a vlog in Youtube that reveals “How much a Youtuber Earns Every Month converted to Philippine Pesos,” which Youtubers claim as “Fake News.”

A Facebook user, Marthy Aragon, relayed the information of how much a Youtuber earns from doing videos and having a lot of subscribers based on her Vlog on Youtube.

“He stated on the video that once you reach 1M subscribers alone, you’ll be receiving €6k+ if we convert this one to pesos, it’s gonna be P348,000/per month without TAX!”

Aragon makes his own assumptions of a local celebrity YouTuber’s earnings, as he shows the computation of their total earnings in a month.

“Lets say Alex Gonzaga – 3M Youtube Subscriber €6k x 3 = €18k = P1,044,00/per month
Ranz Kyle – 7.2M Youtube Subscriber = €6k x 7 = P2,436,000

Niana Guerrero – 5.8M Youtube Subscriber €6k x 5 = €30k = P1,740,000 Per month. 😱😱 AGAIN ITS PER MONTH without tax”

He also convinced the netizens to be a Youtuber, as they only need to have a thousand subscribers to start with.

“So, sa mga nagtatanong if Paano mag start ang earnings, as per Youtube, you should reach 1k subscribers first! Then dun na mag dedepende na sa ilang views meron ang video.
So, tara maging youtuber narin tayo!”

A Youtuber reacted on his post and claimed that it was not true. Being a Youtuber is not that easy as others might think.

Another Youtuber says that he felt sad after telling people that he is a Youtuber, especially when asked how much he earns.

A Youtuber has also reacted as he claimed that the netizen’s computation is ‘Fake News’ and clarified that to earn in Youtube, one must have quality content, not because of subscriber count.

“ 1. Hindi totoong you’ll get €6k once you reach the 1M subs. Kalaloka!

2. 4 views are not equivalent to P1. (Kasi iba-iba ang CPM per country)

   3. You won’t make money off of Youtube without good quality content.

As they say, it’s not easy to be a Youtuber.
