SHIT HAPPENS. And, life is sometimes unpredictable. I’ll just share with you one of the scariest part in my whole entire life. My two Celine Dion tickets were GONE (1 Lower Box worth P19,540 and 1 Gen Ad worth P2,640), and my P3,000 school allowance in just a few minutes of being a jeepney passenger. All of them are located inside my wallet. Those fucking thieves should go to hell, immediately. Note: SECOND TIME in the area and there’s a police station nearby, NO IMPROVEMENT AT ALL. I’m not the only one who experienced this kind of shit in the area. P20,000+ is not easy to get. I just lend this money from a friend.

The member of Celine Dion Philippines narrated his stressful night from the moment they got interviewed by the media at the hotel to the moment that two men pulled out a knife and got his wallet containing cash and the two tickets.

So, here it goes. After we went to COD (waiting for Celine) and interviewed by ABS and TV, we had decided to go home na since it is already 1:45 a.m. and the rain is getting heavier. I rode a bus at the front of Hotel 101 ‘coz before that, I’ve shared a Grab with Rea and Ms. Cynthia (two members of Celine Dion Philippines from the province). The first jeepney was okay, going to Gabbys. At 3:20 a.m: The second one? NOT. Jeepney drivers of Sta. Ana to Padre Faura were always waiting and once full, they will depart. However, as I went inside the jeepney, the driver had already leave. Note: I am the only passenger in the jeep. After a few minutes, THINGS GOT WORSE. Two passengers went inside as the jeep stopped after Sta. Ana bridge. Suddenly, between the area of Ospital ng Maynila and Sta. Ana church (STILL NO LIGHTS), one of the two passengers just brought out a knife, BIGGER than a kitchen knife. I scared a shit outta hell and I felt so paralyzed. My knees were shaking as I have to embrace my backpack ‘coz there’s a lot of important things inside, including my personal phone. But then again, just to be safe, they got my wallet straightaway. In just a minute, three of my most important things were perished. I will accept if the money was gone but inside my wallet, these two Celine Dion tickets were included. Now, as I didn’t know what to do, I had decided to go home as fast as I can. I didn’t tell anyone here in the house and my relatives, especially my grandparents as they will get angry and mad after all. The trauma that I’ve experienced were doubled.

He wrote that was already his fourth time experiencing the traumatic incident, and he didn’t know how he’s gonna watch his ultimate idol at MOA Arena that night.

Fortunately, fellow Blogger Raffy Pedrajita saw his post and assured him that he will be able to watch Celine live.

Raffy, along with Art Samaniego Jr., gave him a ticket in exchange for the ones he lost to fulfill his longtime wish.

In a fdacebook post, Matthew expressed how thankful he was to Manila Bulletin for giving him another chance.

God is good! Thank you Manila Bulletin for giving me the chance to see Céline Dion for the very first time, in spite of the bad experience this early morning! This one will treasure to me forever.
