Many people have claimed to have seen ghosts and experienced being haunted by “other” beings at these places. According to most of the city’s employees, it is best not to stay beyond 6 p.m. inside the building. Many of them claim that they would hear whispers and footsteps once night falls. This “haunting” may have been the result of several bombings during the second world war.
