Dressing up as a 'character' from a movie, book, or video game could well be considered an art form. Like fashion, it is a way of expressing one's self. However, giving this award is not only based on popularity but also focuses on creativity.

Winners will be determined based on a combination of the online votes from LionhearTV/Dailypedia and KTX (33.33%), online searches/visits within LionhearTV/Dailypedia/PHEntertainment (33.33%), as well as input from the blogging community, PR agencies, and partner brands (33.33%). KTX voting will run from November 6 to December 4, 2023.
