Senator Bam Aquino marked Father’s Day by spending quality time with his daughter Rory and her friends at the opening night of BINI’s Signals World Tour 2026 on June 21 at the Mall of Asia Arena.
The concert served as the official kickoff of BINI’s highly anticipated world tour following the group’s historic appearance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, where they made history as the first all-Filipino group to perform at the internationally renowned music festival in Indio, California.

During a meet-and-greet session, Rory gave each member of the Nation’s Girl Group a Kodak Charmera, a keychain-sized digital toy camera sold in surprise blind boxes. The cameras were intended to help the members capture memorable moments throughout their upcoming international tour.
In a Facebook post, Aquino thanked the group for the inspiration and happiness they bring to young Filipinos, including his daughters Rory and Coco, who are both avid BLOOMs.
“Salamat, BINI sa inspirasyon at saya na ibinibigay ninyo sa napakaraming kabataang Pilipino. Kasama na riyan sina Rory at Coco,” Aquino said.
The senator attended the concert together with his wife, Timi, and expressed his support for the group as they prepare to bring Filipino talent to audiences around the world.
“Hangad ko ang inyong tagumpay sa inyong world tour. Patuloy niyong ipagmalaki at ipakita ang galing at talento ng Pilipino sa buong mundo,” he added.

Following their July 11 concert in Cebu, BINI is scheduled to perform in several countries, including the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, and New Zealand.
The eight-member group is composed of Aiah Arceta, Colet Vergara, Maloi Ricalde, Gwen Apuli, Stacey Sevilleja, Mikha Lim, Jhoanna Robles, and Sheena Catacutan.
Aquino has been a vocal supporter of the group’s achievements. He previously filed Senate Resolution No. 370 honoring BINI for their groundbreaking Coachella performance, citing their role in elevating Filipino talent and artistry on the global stage.
The senator also expressed support for the Department of Tourism’s proposal to tap BINI as tourism ambassadors, emphasizing the important role artists play in promoting the country’s culture and identity worldwide.
“Naniniwala ako na malaking inspirasyon ang BINI sa kabataang Pilipino at magandang pagkakataon din ito para maipakita hindi lang ang talento ng Pilipino, kundi pati ang kultura, creativity, init ng pagtanggap ng mga Pinoy, at ganda ng ating bansa,” Aquino said.
