The wife of the soldier has called him out for marrying another woman without an annulment

Facebook user Reina Serenio has exposed her husband Rudy for marrying another woman while they are still legally married.

A soldier has gone viral on social media after his wife called him out for getting married again to another woman in Negros Oriental.

Facebook user Reina Serenio has exposed her husband Rudy for marrying another woman while they are still legally married.

Photos of the celebration were shared on the Hezekiah Wedding Events Facebook page. In the photos, it can be seen that Rudy is having the time of his life with who appears to be his bride.

According to the page, Rudy Serenio tied the knot with the woman just after the new year. The post had common reactions from netizens until Reina Serenio came out and claimed that Rudy Serenio remains her husband.

The wife was a bit sarcastic with her post that included laughing emojis. She accused Rudy of forging annulment documents in order to get married again.

“SANA ALL GIN PEKE ANG ANNULMENT TAPOS AKO ANG GIN PAPAGWA NGA MALAIN NGA BABAE TO COVER UP NGA MATINLO, WALANG BAHID DUNGIS NGA LAKI BISKAN SIYA YA ANG NAG CHEAT Kag PABAYA NGA TATAY,” she wrote on Facebook.

This situation has caused confusion and has sparked a conversation on social media about the legality of the marriage.

The process of annulling a marriage in the Philippines involves several steps. First, one of the parties to the marriage must file a petition for annulment with the proper court. The court will then hold an initial hearing to determine if the case has merit and to set a date for the trial. At the trial, the parties must present evidence to support the grounds for annulment. Valid grounds for annulment in the Philippines include a lack of parental consent (if one of the parties is under 18 years old), a lack of authority of the solemnizing officer, an incestuous marriage (if the parties are closely related), a bigamous marriage (if one of the parties is already married), fraud (if one of the parties was tricked into the marriage), or a lack of capacity to marry (if one of the parties is not mentally capable of understanding the nature of the marriage). If the court grants an annulment, a decision will be issued and the marriage will be legally nullified. It is imperative to note that the annulment process in the Philippines can be lengthy and costly. It is advisable to seek the help of a lawyer to ensure that the process is handled correctly.
