Research confirms semen is packed with nutrients

Believe it or not, semen has all the nutrients of a protein shake including fructose, ascorbic acid, citric acid, zinc, enzymes, protein, and sugar.

You read that right, semen has surprising health benefits.

Here’s a nutritional value table of semen. It should be noted that it is based on a larger “sample size” since the amount of nutrients per usual “dispensation” is just trace.

A study conducted by researchers st SUNY-Albany campus revealed that semen could help alleviate morning sickness in pregnant women and even lower the risk for miscarriage.

It also contains serotonin, estrone, oxytocin, melatonin, and cortisol, which are mood-enhancers that promote relaxation and euphoria.

Moreover, there are claims that semen has anti-aging benefits.

But in order to reap semen’s full benefits, it must be “consumed” either vaginally or orally.

Interestingly, women also produce female juice that contains proteins, amino acids, carbohydrates, and other nutrients similar to what is found in the semen.

Among several animals, sperm has been considered as a super food. In fact, Discover News reported numerous species that consume semen for health benefits. Species that exhibit sperm consumption includes southern bottle tail squid, certain types of  leeches, picture wing flies, and carrion flies.

But before feasting on this strange super food, keep in mind that our sexual juices also carry sexually transmitted viruses and infections including Chlamydia, herpes, Hepatitis B and C, and HIV.
