A robot designed by Cyberdyne Robo Care Center will help the elderly and those physically challenged to walk and carry heavy objects with relative ease.

“The brain’s information is transmitted to the muscle through the nerve cells during movements. The  Hybrid Assistive Limb (HAL) will catch the bioelectric potential signals generated at that time and then act,” explained Takashi Kasukawa, sales planning department manager.
