Genetically a Man, Hayley Haynes Miraculously Gave Birth to Twins

Is it possible for someone without a womb to get pregnant or even give birth? Hayley Haynes proved it is!

Hayley, who looks like a woman, miraculously gave birth to twin girls even though she didn’t have of the “equipments” a woman needs to have a child.

When Hayley turned 19 and still didn’t have a period, she opted to seek medical advice only to find out that she is genetically, a man. Specialists confirmed that she was born with the XY chromosome, which scientifically makes her a man. It was also found out that she didn’t have a womb, fallopian tubes or ovaries! She was diagnosed with Androgen insensitivity syndrome (AIS), which, according to the Daily Mail, is a very rare condition in which a girl is genetically born a male.

Luckily, in 2007,  a new specialist from Royal Derby Hospital was able to give hopes for Hayley to have her own child. That specialist found a tiny womb which the others have overlooked.

Hayley, then underwent hormone therapy to grow her womb until it was ready to grow a baby and in 2011, she was given a green light and underwent IVF treatment in Cyprus. Hayley and her husband Sam had an egg donor, they eventually were on the way with two non-identical twins.

Finally, last December 24, 2014, Hayley’s twin girls, Avery and Darcy, were born healthy. She was finally a mother.

Becoming a mother was the single most amazing moment of my life. When I held the babies in my arms for the first time I was overwhelmed.
