List of Winners of the 66th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards

The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards awarded the hottest acting talents from across the globe competing for some of the most coveted gongs in the television business. Honouring the very best in US programming, the Emmys are the industry’s answer to the Oscars, with plenty of A-listers in the list of nominees. This year’s star-studded event, The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards , washosted by actor, screenwriter and presenter Seth Meyers held on August 25th at the NOKIA Theatre in Los Angeles.

The ceremony’s traditional “in memorian” tribute to industry members who have died in the past year flashed images of stars including James Garner, Ruby Dee, Sid Caesar, Carmen Zapata and Elaine Stritch as singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles sang “Smile.” It concluded with the tribute to Williams.
