The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has warned the public against purchasing and using the unregistered food supplement LUXE SKIN BEAUTY TALKS L. ANNA Premium Oral Sunblock + Stem Cell Dietary Supplement.

In FDA Advisory No. 2026-0162 signed by FDA Director General Paolo Teston, the agency said the product has no Certificate of Product Registration (CPR), meaning it has not undergone the agency’s required evaluation for safety, quality, and efficacy.
“The FDA verified through its online monitoring or post-marketing surveillance that the above-mentioned food supplement is not registered and no corresponding Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) has been issued,” the advisory stated.
According to the FDA, products without proper authorization are prohibited under Food and Drug Administration Act of 2009.
The agency emphasized that the manufacture, importation, exportation, sale, distribution, promotion, advertising, and sponsorship of unauthorized health products violate existing regulations.
“Since these food supplements and food products have not gone through the evaluation process of the FDA, the agency cannot assure their quality and safety,” the FDA added.
The agency also warned establishments and online sellers against distributing or promoting the product until it secures a valid CPR from the FDA, noting that violators may face sanctions and regulatory actions.
The FDA likewise called on local authorities to ensure that the product will not be sold within their respective jurisdictions.
Meanwhile, the Bureau of Customs was urged to block the importation and exportation of the unregistered supplement along with other unauthorized food products.
The advisory serves as another reminder for consumers to verify whether health and beauty products are FDA-registered before purchasing or using them, especially those heavily marketed online and on social media.
