As 2026 begins, E‑Talent International and E‑Talent Musikademy are carrying forward a decade-long legacy defined by discipline, purpose, and a belief in the transformative power of music.
After ten years, E-Talent International has established itself as one of Oceania’s most trusted institutions in music education and professional live entertainment. While the organization’s growth has been measured through milestones and accolades, its leadership emphasizes that the heart behind the work remains its defining force.

The year 2025 marked a major chapter for E-Talent. The company mounted 13 large-scale concerts to celebrate its 10th anniversary, alongside the 5th anniversary of E-Talent Musikademy. Each production was executed with what the company describes as an artist-first philosophy, prioritizing preparation, integrity, and audience experience.

At the center of E-Talent’s journey is Annabelle Regalado‑Borja, CEO and founder of both E-Talent International and E-Talent Musikademy. A former Vice President of ABS‑CBN Broadcasting Corporation and Managing Director of Star Music, Borja brings decades of global industry experience to her current work across Australia, New Zealand, and the wider Oceania region.
“Excellence is never accidental—it is built through trust, preparation, and love for what you do,” Borja said. “Every concert, every student, every collaboration carries a responsibility to uplift and inspire.”

E-Talent’s anniversary year featured a series of high-profile international productions, including the Eraserheads Huling El Bimbo World Tour stops in Melbourne and Sydney; the Gary Valenciano Concert Series across Brisbane, Wellington, Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney; Gary Valenciano’s Birthday Comeback Concert in Auckland and Canberra; and SB19’s Simula at Wakas Oceania Tour in Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland.
According to E-Talent, these productions achieved an average 95 percent venue capacity and 100 percent partner retention, reinforcing its reputation for operational reliability and premium staging.
“These were not just concerts,” the company said in a statement. “They were cultural moments that strengthened the connection between Filipino artistry and Oceania’s diverse communities.”
Beyond Oceania, E-Talent has also produced major concerts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, working with artists such as Gary Valenciano, Sarah Geronimo, Nadine Lustre, Alden Richards, Morissette Amon, and many others.

Borja’s leadership in 2025 was recognized when she was named Ambassador for Culture and the Arts by ACI Central and NARRA, and as a Top 4 finalist for the Triple M People’s Choice Award at the 2025 Golden Crow Awards in Wagga Wagga.

Her personal milestone—the celebration of her 50th birthday—also reflected her long-standing relationships within the creative industry, bringing together colleagues, mentors, and family in a private gathering that underscored her influence across generations of artists and executives.

While E-Talent’s concert productions often dominate headlines, the organization maintains that its core mission lies in education. The E-Talent Musikademy 5th Anniversary Special, Shine: Built to Believe, held at the CSU Riverina Playhouse in Wagga Wagga, showcased more than 50 students and local performers, highlighting five years of online and in-person music education.
Borja said the goal has always been to develop confident individuals, not just skilled musicians.

“Talent is universal, but opportunity is not,” she said. “Our mission has always been to meet talent with belief, and to walk with our students until they believe in themselves.”
This philosophy is reflected in the launch of Musikademy Angels, a scholarship initiative supporting students from marginalized and underserved communities, including Aboriginal learners, students with disabilities, and adult learners facing financial barriers.
As E-Talent International enters 2026, the organization says its focus will remain deliberate and selective—curating high-quality productions for Australia and New Zealand while expanding Musikademy’s global education reach and international showcase opportunities.
Under Borja’s leadership, E-Talent International and E-Talent Musikademy position themselves as institutions guided by results, vision, and cultural responsibility.
As the company moves forward, it is not simply marking a new year, but continuing to shape the future of live entertainment and music education—one production, one artist, and one transformed life at a time.
